Shipping Policy

In-stock orders are processed within 1~3 business days unless otherwise noted. We will get your order packaged and shipped as fast as we can. Please allow sufficient time to securely pack your order, so it can arrive safely at your door.

Please inquire about production lead time before ordering if an item is not in stock.

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you

Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification with a tracking number. 

Please inspect items immediately when received, and contact us immediately if there is any issue / damage.

We can only ship to your billing address. For exceptions, you must provide a copy of your driver’s license & a signed written consent authorizing us to ship to an address different from your billing address.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been mounted or installed will NO longer be eligible for return.

** ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE + BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING.  THIS IS NON_NEGOTIABLE,

All returns must be approved by Kallos Engineering. Kallos Engineering reserves the right to decline returns for any reason. 

Prior to returning any goods, the buyer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All return inquiries must be sent to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer Route Package Protection for all orders placed directly through our site. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items that have been used, mounted, or installed.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We typically see refunds processed in 2-3 business days.

For payments that were canceled within 1 day from ordering, the original charge may disappear since the payment was only authorized and not fully captured. In this case, a refund credit would not be required as the original charge was void.

Regarding chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously, we take serious measures and we will legally prosecute anyone who commit a fraudulent chargeback.
